Origin: This breed of cattle was developed using classical crossbreeding techniques between natural black cattle and Angus cattle to improve and preserve the quality of traditional meat.
Breeding method: A diet of 100% grains for at least 120 days. A proper grazing regime, not too much exercise. The purpose is to fatten the cattle to make the meat softer and juicier.
Characteristics: Only select meat from 51% purebred cattle. The meat is bright red, not bruised, with thick muscle fibers and a shiny layer of ivory white fat.
